  • I had a request for money but was in the process of sending the money. When I get to the pay it ask if I am attempting to make payment due to the request? Or I am I am just making a payment to that person. At that point I cannot select either question. It appears those two question boxes are inactive

    I used my cash app last week and I attempted to open it again this week but it prompted me to enter my debit card. The app updated so figured it was just part of that. However, it was trying to set up a new cash tag with the account. How do I get it back to using my cash tag without setting up or linking another account that I don’t need?

  • I have money in my old account and am unable to get my new account merged so that I can get my money out.. I have sent multiple emails to the support on cash app and have not gotten any responses or assistance, I need my money
